Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing the marketing customer and prospect database for Mammoth Mountain Ski Area.
The primary goal of this function is to deliver accurate and actionable marketing insight and data to support planning, campaign execution, reporting and research, working on a number of initiatives to support the business across marketing functions to improve performance. Experienced, detail oriented, energetic and independently motivated problem solver with a passion for operational efficiency.
o Marketing Database development and administration, managing data requirements to support multi-channel marketing, reporting and analysis, and campaign management
o Participate in the integration of internal database and business systems to increase efficiencies
o Partner with marketing, communications, web operations and technology departments to plan and monitor programs and campaigns
o Data file management and process development between internal systems and external vendors
o Support and create matching routines, segmentation, coding schemes and tracking requirements for marketing initiatives as defined by the lines of business
o Develop and manage the analysis and interpretation of marketing data to support business decision-making and improve the efficiency of marketing efforts

o Respond and resolve immediate problems and determine resolution to prevent reoccurrence.
o Baseline database performance and configuration and track stability/downtime for all data, database, and reporting systems. Monitor database performance via perfmon and extract results to an external database for trending and analysis. Use traces and other methods to analyze performance including SQLlogs.
o Administer, develop, and maintain Mammoth’s Microsoft SQL, Crystal Reports, Business Objects, and MS Reporting Services data environment and support all software releases.
o Demonstrate experience with hardware/database optimization and performance tuning including indexing and RAID configurations.
o Advanced knowledge of data models and data modeling for report design and database optimization.
Requirements:
o Candidate must have experience with data transformation (SSIS), stored procedures, maintenance plans, transactional and log-shipping replication, clustered database servers, database mirroring, and centralized storage systems.
o Experience with guest service, sales, or financial platforms is a plus such as Agilysis (formerly VisualOne) or Siriusware.
o The candidate must collaborate and be able to communicate effectively with both technical staff and users regarding systems, procedures, and troubleshooting and reporting requirements.
o Must be comfortable working some odd hours and on-call in case of emergencies.
o Familiarity with travel, leisure, and/or hospitality industries.

Description: The Graphic Designer is a full time year round position in the Mammoth Mtn. Marketing Department. The Marketing Department is responsible for the year-round promotion of Mammoth Mountain-owned businesses including the Ski Area, Snowmobile Adventures, Tamarack Cross Country Ski Area, Bike Park, Sierra Star Golf Course and hospitality interests.
This position is an integral part of the creative team responsible for design and execution of print and visual communication materials for promotions, advertisements and in-resort marketing. The Graphic Designer performs a variety of tasks including conceptual print design and production, web graphics design and production and installation of on-site communications.
Must have strong organizational skills, the ability to be flexible, meet deadlines and multi-task projects. Strong communication skills required including the ability to articulate conceptual ideas effectively. Must be able to take specific art direction as well as work independently when required.
The Graphic Designer works under supervision of the Creative Manager.
Requirements: Requires associates or bachelors degree in related field, minimum 3-5 years experience, and the following software knowledge; Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat programs in a PC environment.

Description: Manages all aspects of Restaurant and Bar operations at a 130-seat venue. Administers all processes related to maximizing a positive Guest and Employee experience. Responsible for all food and beverage daily, monthly and fiscal financials to include inventory, cost control and labor control. Prepares annual budgets and meets or exceeds budget requirements.

Description: This position functions as the strategic business leader of Revenue Management. Description: Under the supervision of a qualified lift technician you will maintain and repair ski lifts controls, safety systems and other electrical equipment. New installations of electrical equipment and machinery are also possible. Daily pre-operational inspections of ski lifts electrical and mechanical components shall be performed after training.
NOTE: Pay depends upon experience.
Requirements: Graduate from Electrical Technician, Maintenance or Engineering course. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
Applicant must be physically fit. Applicant gets to work outdoors in alpine weather conditions year round. Applicant gets to drive a snowmobile after training.

Requirements:
