Description:

The Guest Experience / Research Manager is responsible for implementing systems, organizing and analyzing qualitative and quantitative feedback in order to provide actionable insights for raising the Mammoth Brand guest experience.

He/she is laser focused on understanding Net Promoter Score methodology and how we will raise scores in every aspect of the Brand by working with key departments and people including but not limited to Mammoth Operations Management Group, Human Resources and the Brand Marketing Content Managers.

He/she is also responsible for overall customer care – ensuring all vehicles used by guests to express dissatisfaction are tracked and appropriately handled, including but not limited to internal survey systems, social media and “contact us” methods.

Requirements:

* Bachelors Degree in Communication, Sociology, Business and /or Marketing preferred.

* Microsoft Office Suite - Moderate to High Level in PPT

* Experience in marketing statistics and survey methodology

* Experience in the Ski and/or Entertainment industry a plus.

Description: Prepares daily menu. Measures and mixes ingredients according to recipe to prepare soups and sauces. Washes, peels, cuts and shreds vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use.

Bakes bread, rolls and pastries. Bakes, roasts, broils, and steams meats, fish, vegetables, and other foods. Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking. Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked. Carves meats and portions food, adds gravies, sauces and garnishes.

Maintains kitchen work areas in an organized and sanitary fashion. Adheres to strict California Department of Health standards.

NOTE: we are seeking an individual with Line Cook experience in a fine dining operation, 30 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent experience. Minimum of 2 years training and/or experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to employees. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
