Application for Staff Housing

In order to apply for housing, you must obtain a password from your hiring manager. If you do not have a password at this time, please contact the person who hired you to request one.

New this year, you will be required to make an online payment of $50 via credit card, debit card or PayPal account. Once we receive your application deposit of $50, you are guaranteed a bed in MMSA employee housing as long as you satisfy the conditions precedent to being entitled to occupy a bed (confirmation that you are a full time employee at MMSA, confirmation that MMSA accepted your housing application, payment of all required move-in fees and compliance with any other conditions set forth in the Staff Accommodations handbook).
